How much does Fishry cost?
After the 14-day trial expires, you can choose a pricing plan that suits your business.
When and how will I be charged for Fishry services?
Your Fishry invoice will be generated on the 1st of each month. The invoice will have 2 components as per the chosen pricing plan. The first part will have the monthly fixed Fishry retainer and the second part will have the sales revenue percentage from previous months’ total transactions.
Are there any other charges for Fishry?
Fishry is a hosted platform, which means there are no other direct or indirect costs associated with the platform. There is a monthly fixed fee and a revenue sales percentage cost as per the chosen pricing plan.
Is there any upfront/one-time charge for Fishry?
If you choose one of our pre-defined theme templates, there is zero charge for it.
Can I use Fishry if I am not a tech developer?
Of course. you can easily use Fishry without any knowledge of programming or technology understanding. You can build your e-store with our easy-to-use online store builder platform, and add features and functionality to your store using the admin panel. In case of any difficulty, head out to Support. Can I use my own domain name with Fishry?
Yes, you can use your own domain name with Fishry. If you have an existing domain name, you can connect it to Fishry from your store’s admin panel.
How will I process the orders?
You can use third-party payment gateways and fulfillment services already integrated with our platform to process payments and ship your orders.
Is my data safe and secure?
By hosting your store in the cloud, Fishry ensures that your data is backed up and the site is optimized at all times.
In what countries can I use Fishry?
You can use Fishry in almost every country in the world. We are a global platform with offices located in Canada and Pakistan. Sign-up to get started.
Does Fishry support 3rd party POS (point-of-sale) systems?
Fishry comes pre-integrated with many global POS systems. If you are using one of the global POS systems that is not currently integrated with us, drop us a message at Contact Us and we will surely look into connecting it for you.
Can I use my own merchant account/payment gateway to process orders on my e-commerce website using Fishry?
Yes, Fishry comes pre-integrated with most of the global payment gateways. All you have to do is use your Account ID to start receiving payments for your orders in your account. If you have a specific merchant/payment gateway that is not currently integrated, drop us a message at Contact Us and we will surely look into connecting it for you.
How do I terminate my Fishry account?
You can close your Fishry account at any time without any notice and export all your store data, no questions asked.
I am already running an online store on another platform (Woo-Commerce, Magneto, Shopify, some others), how do I move my store data to Fishry?
You can easily export the data from your current store and import it into Fishry using CSV or Excel format.
I have all the data ready with me, can a Fishry Account Manager set up the online store on Fishry for me?
For a one-time fee, one of our account managers can set up the online store for you on Fishry.
I don’t want to manage my store on a day-to-day basis, can Fishry provide support for this?
For a monthly fee, Fishry support staff can manage your online store for all day-to-day operations including data uploading. You will still need to ship the orders.
Will I need to continuously optimize my website for the Search Engines or will Fishry handle this?
Fishry is built and optimized for all the latest SEO development best practices listed by Google and other search engines for on-site optimization. The platform also provides the option to create custom meta-tags, titles, and descriptions for every product, collection, and brand that is added to the online store. Extra efforts to improve the SEO of the website on a continuous basis will always have a positive impact on the website traffic.
